Why an independent agency, and why here
Ana Lucía grew up translating insurance letters for her parents at the kitchen table on the West Side. She saw how easily families ended up with the wrong coverage simply because nobody explained it.
She opened Sunbelt Shield so every client could compare real options from several carriers and understand exactly what they were buying. That is still how we work. We are not captive to one company, and we are measured by how our clients feel after a claim, not just after a sale.
Today our team insures more than 8,600 households and businesses, from first-time renters near UTSA to fourth-generation ranch families in Kendall County.
